What I did on my summer vacation.

I feel you, Noodle. I do.

Things I did in August:

1. Cooked this hella amazing dinner.

2. Made these HELLACIOUS bars.

3. Made clouds (more on that later).

4. Invented a word: “Brlinner:” (pronounced “Berliner”): The breakfast-lunch-dinner meal you eat from whatever your shaking hands can whip out of the fridge and throw onto some sort of flat something or other when, at 6 PM, you realize you haven’t eaten breakfast or lunch and it’s now dinnertime.

AKA the meal that everyone in the LL kitchen eats every single day.

Goodbye August!

I worked the fuck outta you.

Can’t wait to see what September brings.

Yours in exhaustion, ready to do it all again,

You’re absolutely right, Cleo. Time for sleepies.

Hello, my name isn’t Calvin, and this is more of a general comment than specifically on your summer vacation post. I just wanted to reach out and say that I have enjoyed your posts. I am not vegetarian, much less vegan, nor am I a business owner of any kind, nor do I really appreciate poetry.
I just really really like to eat peanut butter. One of your blogs contained a great post about a peanut butter tasting that I found when looking up peanut butter brands and comparisons for a friend, and well, hello.
Anyhow, I got used to my weekly dose of weirdness from this blog, your blog, and I’ve missed it. That’s what I wanted to say. I think that you don’t owe me anything, and from what I hear running a business is really busy. It’s just that I’ve started to miss the seed of ‘resistance’ I felt balanced out the more, and consciously so, conformity styled rest of my week, and whatever you’re doing, know that someone very much unlike you, and who won’t freely give away his views here, appreciates what your posts.
